Hoosick Falls Flag travels to Prague

Follow the story of this flag on it's journey to Prague for the 80th anniversary of the Liberation

Back after 80 years. The flag given to  American liberators has returned to Czechia** At the Žižkov Army Museum, they are cherishing a shipment from the United States. It’s been a few days since an American flag, sewn by several women in Ostroměř in the Hradec Králové region during the first nights of May 1945 and given to American soldiers, returned to Czechia after eighty years.
