Featured will be a multitude of photographs taken by noted area photojournalist Sid Brown. This is the third Open Air exhibit the Historical Society has hosted this season.

Brown worked as a photographer for the Schenectady Gazette from 1948 to 1991. In those 43 years, he documented the history of the region as it unfolded, capturing many poignant moments and earning the respect of his peers. He may be best known for his photography of the Thruway bridge collapse over Schoharie Creek in 1987. Brown has earned numerous awards for his work from the Associated Press, United Press International and other organizations.
